First spawn bug (the player is teleported 10 cube side)

I'' ve a problem with the spawn of the players!

All new players are teleported outside the box "spawn". It does not aparaissent to "spawn" but laterWhat is strange is that if a player arrives, then disconnects and reconnects (even without moving) the problem is resolved.
I said that it is only for new players.
I use the plugins Authme reloaded, Multiverse, Essentials ("respawn-listener-priority: highest")
