SEVERE warnings that are crashing server

I keep getting this error and its crashing the server

Anyone have any idea what is causing it?

Verify you have free disk space, or if your using a ram disk, that it has free space.

 

THe host I am renting my server from right now's site has been down for like a week now so I can't get into the control panel there to check that stuff.

 

There's your answer.
Your host is down. Get a new host, or wait it out.

 

but these warnings just started today. It has been fine the past 6 days the host has been down

people can still get on also it just gives those errors and sometimes crashes the server

Your host is having serious issues. Get a new one or contact them (if they have been down for more than 48 hours I consider that a reason to leave, immediately).

LOL im guessing that your with the idiots at avante, same problemb :l i want to leave but when it works their hosting is spectacular. Im planning on waiting it out this time.
