Random kicks saying "[Stop That!]

Hey there, some of the users on my server keep getting kicked randomly with the reason of "Stop That!". I have no idea what is causing this and it sometimes kicks them when they arent even doing anything, so I cant narrow it down really.

AntiSpam?

 

Ive tried disabling AntiSpam and it still made the random kicks, ive also tried disabling NoCheat as that seems to be the only one that makes sense to me.

I think I have found the culptrit. I have disabled antiMassDelete and nobody has been kicked for quite a while now!
