with team viewer we can but whats the point in doing it if we would do the same with your permissions as we post it links to paste bin to it

all i can suggest is you switch to permissions ex and that will fix your problem

permissions.jar
permissionsex.jar

only his 2 jar files u can delete rest

and in permissionsex folder go to permissions.yml and paste this

or you need to use

/pex user nick group set group
example
/pex user Phoenix group set Admin


or you set up ranks
and u could use
/pex promote nick
where each promote put player higher in ladder

if you prefer using /pex promote
