Anyone know of a plugin like this?

I'm looking for something where a player can buy land with iConomy. BUT I need 1. A player may only claim one plot of land 2. You can only claim land in a certain locations

Sorry if this is obvious or something, I haven't played MineCraft since like 1.6 beta, so at the moment I'm confused with permissions

 

I would love a plug-in like this too ! The only thing I know of that is similar to that is Mining Permit. You might could get that to work the same. I only briefly toyed around with it though so I can't say if it would work or not.

I've been browsing and I've found that Towny seems to do the job, haven't set it up yet, but it looks promising.
