I created multiple worlds using multiverse (http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/multiverse-core/) 2.4 +portals. I tried to define permissions for each world in particular: Code: groups: Member: prefix: '[&6Member&f]' default: true options: rank: '900' permissions: worlds: world: permissions: - ... - ... world_city: permissions: - modifyworld.* - ... - ... ... The problem is: nobody has any permissions. I checked the file with a yaml-parser (http://yaml-online-parser.appspot.com/) and everything else works fine. What's wrong?

this stuff is toooo huge and i cant find any errors there but 1st lets try cleaning it up 1st of all learn 2 thing 1 if you need to add tons of permission nodes for example world edit dont add them 1 by 1 like an idiot but use this - worldedit.* this give all permissions of that level so for example if you wanna give someone every warp permission of essentials you just give him - essentials.warp.* this way he can create use delete and edit all warp functions do you got it but what if you give some group permission - essentials.* which mean u just gived him also ban and kick command permission well there comes negative permissions like - essentials.* - -essentials.kick - -essentials.ban and now that group or person got all essentials permissions except kick and ban got it ? 2nd thing is inheritance inheritance works like this if you make default group called noobs which have permissions like groups: noobs: default: true permissions: - essentials.warp - essentials.spawn - essentials.home - essentials.sethome - essentials.help - essentials.tp now lets say u make another group called builder and so to not coppy like idiot all that permissions from previous group you use inheritance builder: inheritance: - noobs permissions: - essentials.sign.buy - essentials.sign.sell - essentials.sign.create and now group builder got that 3 sign permissions + permissions of group noobs which is default cause group builder take permissions from that group and even so you can make fake group like called basic where u place permissions which all others group will inheritance from and which will have all basic permissions if you got it try to fix like that ur pex
I know, but I used makros and a firefox-plugin (table2clipboard) so it took me just some minutes to copy all permissions and to create that file. It's not the easiest way to read but it is the fastest way to write Thank you for the tips, but it does not solve my problem.

I shortened it and reduces spaces where possible, but it did not help. All permissions for the worlds do not work, except the admin perms, because they are global, so it has to be up to the world specific permissions. Thank you for your help. I'll contact zipron. squiby

The part that says: Is saying When it should say: The difference? A space. A space before the word members should do the trick. This tells PEX that 'Members' is a group. Not much to it, but it makes all the difference.
