I continually get a warning saying Warning. did the system time change or is the system overloaded?

i have looked for answers for this and I can't find any. The reason i don't understand this is, I started the server out last week and have a few people on consistently with no issues. I would say an average of 5-10 people. A few nights ago i had about 35 people on with no problem at all, no lag everything was smooth and great. A day or two passed still not getting the error and i downloaded a few new plugins. I started getting the error constantly. So i deleted all of the plugins that i recently downloaded to hopefully stop the error and it hasn't slowed down at all. The error pops up about every 3 seconds with only me on the server.

    My computer stats are this:

    Intel(R) core i3-2120 cpu @ 3.30 GHz
6 gigs of Ram and a 64 bit operating system.

The computer is New so it isn't overloaded with anything and i don't run programs simutaneously with the server besides Minecraft. which is what i did all along.

    My internet is:

    16 ms ping
    20.18 Mbps download
    4.26Mbps upload

That is with the server running when doing the test (not sure if that matters)

If anyone can give me any ideas to fix this i would really appreciate it

Also there are no other errors happening with the server at all

just disable warnings @ bukkit config
    This warning is normal

You have only a dual core and are hosting and playing off the same PC, that is your issue.

If you are going to play on the same PC you host off of, then at least have a quadcore.

I've read that the error is normal however I experience some lag when it is happening. My users don't really experience any but it makes loading chunks slow and movement have a walking in soulsand effect even when flying

I agree with you and I wish i had a quad core, however that doesn't explain why it was working fine with 30+ people on it and then a few days later with just me on it giving me the error. Thank you for your input though, So you think i should get a hosting service?

Well, I mean you don't have to get a hosting service if you don't want to. Just put the Minecraft server on a separate computer maybe instead.

Anything but playing off the same PC........ I have a 2500K Quad Core @ 4ghz and Minecraft destroys it.....

Exactly what Nathan C said. I rarely used my AMD 2.6 GHz dual-core desktop so I reformatted it with Ubuntu 10.10 and made it my Minecraft server. I then connect to it via my Thinkpad T410.

If you have the luxury of two computers, it is something you should look into, especially if you have a decent broadband connection. I recommend Ubuntu over Windows for a server OS, as it has a lot less overhead and simplifies configuration.
