Server crashing problem. [Need help]

I have server from www.redstonehost.com and their forums and support sucks.. So i thought this would be good place to ask for help.

Server is running bukkit and minecraft version ins 1.2.3.

Server crashes approximately once in hour. After crash i cannot connect to McMyAdmin panel or ftp server.... I have to reboot virtual server in orded to run server again.. So what could be problem?

Instant Setup
McMyAdmin Enterprise Panel
Recommended for 1-16 Players.

840MB Dedicated RAM
1460MB Burst RAM
100MBit/s Connection
Dedicated IP - No typing ports!
Full Root/FTP Access
RAMDisk Powered

Any help? Its really annoying to reboot virtual server so often and start MySQL every time server crashes.
