Help needed: I cannot log in to my server

I have a bukkit server. I cannot access it.
This is what I get:

I have tried both my ip and "localhost".
Please help.

 

The IP I have found that worked was your IPv4 Adress.
Hold the windows button and press R to open run. Type cmd then a prompt window should pop up. Type in ipconfig and use your Ipv4 adress. An example would be 192.168.1.199

Sorry, I wish I could help but I don't own a mac... type ipconfig in terminal and try those IP adresses?

Listen to what he said about the ipconfig. Just type it in your terminal, which is for macs.
Learn to port forward, and make sure that you leave the section for the ip address in the server properties file blank.

 

I did that too I got an ip but that didn't work. I don't know where to learn to port forward.

When you have port forwarded, then make sure that it is working with canyouseeme.org.
