Server Busted - Cannot log in even as server host

I downloaded R7 (tried R6 first) and neither will let me log into the server. Was working fine on R4. Now when I try to log into the server, I sit on the login screen and eventually it stops telling me it took too long to connect.

How do I fix this?

I'm having the same problem using R6. I see "Logging In" for about 40 sec, then see "End of stream"

(Skipping the "Error- loading new files for new server" section of the log.)

I'm attempting to connect as 'localhost' on my own machine.

 

Im seeing this as well. Just installed it and having very similar problems. I have someone who is able to join my normal minecraft server on my lan network through hamachi,who is still unable to connect to my bukkit server.

I also have a regular server and people can connect to problem via local IP, and External IP. My client just doesn't want to communicate with my Bukkit Server

Which version of MC are you running on your client?

 

Easy fix, don't run R6, it's absolute rubbish and does not work.
Run R4, it actually works
