I think your experiences in these various programming languages are very good to start with (especially MSQL). I learned Java and coding plugins by reading and watching stuff in the Internet. A very useful site is: http://www.thenewboston.com/ There you will find hundreds of Java tutorials to start with.
For Bukkit plugins browse the Bukkit forums there are a lot of good tutorials. I will make the source code of my plugins public so you can take a look at it. Good luck!
