Are you shure you run this (http://dl.bukkit.org/downloads/craftbukkit/view/00848_1.2.3-R0.1/) build? Because... that is exactly the same i got...
It looks like it is something wrong with that plugin then ;) Contact the one who made the plugin to get more information about that problem ;)...
