Did you download the SpoutLauncher?
The Launcher is in its own, entirely separate folder on my Desktop. And I run the *.bat I made for it from within that folder. No pop-upsies. :(
What kind of errors? Try deleting BukkitContrib and running Spout solo, if you haven'y.
