    Mine does it too, seems to break but I am using PEX, I think I'll install Vault like someone said above and see if it fixes any issues.

    They is nothing in the logs, It just does not start. I have no old configs for signrank, but seems broke to me.

    Signrank is not working for me, but I'm reinstalling on a fresh server copy and have no configs, it doesnt start, does plugin still boot without...
