Haha yeah i hate it too. Basically i just made it so that anyone i dont know can get on, but they cant change any blocks. once i add them to the member list, then they can build. as for a list of plugins, go here http://sites.google.com/site/mightycraftserver/home/list-of-plugins Those are all of my plugins that I have running.
