We tried to run the server with a new map, and the server still haven't crashed.
The problem occurs after three or four minutes, around the time it takes to load up.
The plugin mostly does everything, from ranks to ban, kick etc. It's a plugin very similar to Essentials.
This happens with no plugins, also with standard minecraft.. We are using the latest recommended build.
