    Unless it got removed recently, I think it does have that. We definitely use it on my server to keep up with all the pretty obscure names I give them.

    Get Dropbox, put the song in the Public folder. Copy the link and put that in the config file. Done. It's not that bad.

    Remember to place it in the Public folder also, that lets you right-click it and select Copy Public Link.

    If I had to guess... I would say you could fix it by installing Spoutcraft.
