My ability of coding would most likely be on the right level to create that but I do not hold the time nor the resources in order to make a copy of that simply because it contains texture pack, multiple events etc. The reason you are unable to post a new plugin request is because you (as far as I remember) can only post one post every 5 hours or so. If it still does not work, contact an administrator of the forums.
