I found an option in MCEdit that should let you generate chunks, but it hangs when it tries to use my minecraft_server.jar
I don't see where BorderGuard allows you to generate chunks? I only see a set-border command and you still have to manually trigger the chunk...

Do you need to use permissions to change other peoples' colors? I can change my own name, but not the others on my server.
