I found a bug in your torchlamp plugin. It lights up halfblocks at night or in the dark no matter where they are. as long as its a half block (doesnt make a whole block) including the stairs, only the half way up block lights up... any fix? :D
Suggestion: On the new version you will bring out: Make a more suitable friends system for example you will have to accept a friend they just don't appear on your friends. This makes it easier to set permissions to build/destroy/itemuse/switch on your plot so you and your friend can enjoy a small house together.
Hey Im having a problem. I don't want to have Mayor before my name when i am a town mayor but in the config file when I put nothing as the prefix it auto makes it Mayor.

Towny Idea: Permission's Group Support. One of the things I would like to see is grouping players into permission groups automatically when they join a town. Other plugins rely on players being put into different groups and because of people joining/leaving towns on the fly, I haven't implemented town-groups in permissons. If towny did it automatically, that would be very nice.
