It would be a lot more helpful if you could give me the link to the plugin so that I can use the API, it really isn't much use knowing how to use it if I have nothing to download and import into the project.

Your server is sort of a mess... 5 plugins, no chat plugin, spawned in the middle of nowhere, and no protection at /warp spawn (I accidentally griefed one block, not knowing it was unprotected) Do you need help? I am an experienced server owner, and I can help you set up the server.
No, we are switching servers (hosts) soon and we are just using this server to build things (before it expires, then I will get the new one), we put the spawn in the middle of nowhere on purpose so if someone comes online wanting to play, they can do survival. I also deleted all of the plugins that don't help with building.
