It works on CB 1.4.2, but if the item has a name set by an anvil, this data is ignored, because the bukkit api is not ready

No, anything above the line "[ThisLogMustDie] X filter(s) loaded" can't be filtered, as the plugin isn't ready
I think you do it wrong. This is not "spam", it's error report. You're probably using a too old or a too new version of WorldGuard
