    1.6.4 froze world

    DISABLE THE NETHER! I had exactly the same problem and disabling the nether in server.properties fixed it for me easily :) hope I helped ^^

    That link is confusing, it is still the hmod version that you downloaded, THERE IS NO PRERELEASE and CraftBook is most likely gonna be RELEASED...
