Yep make sure plugins like factions and essentials all have it set to false

You might have the PvP option in different plugins that you have, make sure they are all set to false :-)
Try just using the normal IP not the DNS IP(domain)
A few people are having this problem, I myself did, it is WorldGuard. Try updating it but if the error still occurs just remove it :-)
