    No it isn't. It doesn't disable other plugins. Check my source code if you want a proof.

    onPlayerMove gets called whenever a player moves. A scheduler would loop every tick and compare the positions.

    What makes you think that? A scheduler runs every tick and uses a lot of RAM. onPlayerMove gets called when one of the player's position variables...
