    Your looking at the wrong place... Go in Plugins>DefaultCommands, open config.yml, scroll down until "Features:" and put the motd: flag to false...

    @Vonzipp3r1 Go on your .minecraft directory, you should see "TooManyItems.txt" and modify the 3 first line with this.
