I would but I don't know C#... How easy is it to learn, do you think - going from java?

Its really similar to c#, you'll pick it up quickly :p

Though I am considering throwing it out and rewriting it in java...

If you could get a simple working release (or prototype) in C# that would be cool, before you decide to start in java. Then we at least can see some potential.

I would love it if you were to pick it back up, this could revolutionize plugin development.

Well... problem... my windows partition just died on yet another computer...

I'll start porting it to java, see what happens
Edit: Okay, this looks like it might fail before it starts... I've never done gui programming in java before, wish me luck xD

Me and Killie/MCManager are gonna start reviving this because I asked him to fix it and also because he is going to do C# professionaly so I said it would be a good idea :p although I know nothing about C# except that it is very similar to Java i'll probably do design and he will code it and i'll learn on the way :p You can help us out again if you want :D

If it's in C# I won't be of much use, as I no longer have access to a working Windows machine until early next year

Maybe, I gotta get some stuff ported over from Windows to Java first, but I'll see what I can do :)

(I don't have a mac computer, but I'd assume that if it works on linux, it technically should work on linux...)

Okay, I've taken the development to Java. It's pretty much back up to the stage it was before. As always, if you want to help, feel free to throw in a pull request. IRC: irc://irc.esper.net/bpw
