You might want to put a long error code in [ code] tags, since this is inreadable.

Oh and it's not working cuz Chunkster isn't a plugin, and shouldn't be put in the plugins folder. Watch this vid to do it correctly:

I deleted the one in the plugin, ran the scan by shift-right clicking my minecraft server and it actually went through- I saw it repair one or two things and then ran it again and everything came out clean. Tried starting it up and this is still what happened

*Btw, I noticed practically everyone has it in C:\users\<name>\etc. etc.
I have it in just C:\Minecraft Server
This makes running cmd prompt annoying because I notice it naturally says C:\users\George>
how do I fix this issue? Just move my minecraft folder into a subfolder of my username?

    Lolmewn

    Just type C:
then you are in the root folder. Then cd Minecraft Server
    then the rest.

After an hour or so of trying to get it to run, I finally succeeded. However, it doesn't seem to have worked :(

I ran Chunkster, and it still says this when I open the MineCraftServer, here is what happened with Chunkster in command prompt:

    C:\Users\Mitch Parris\Desktop\MinecraftServer>"%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Java\jre6\bin

So, was my world just so screwed up that Chunkster couldn't fix it or is there still hope? Thanks!

Well like I said... I did follow through with chunkster but still getting all those errors. That's where I ask for help ! My registry from using chunkster looks exactly like your tutorial. I just don't know what to do anymore =/

I created an account just to say thank you. Watching Chunkster in the console going through those files and fixing everything was an awesome feeling -- but not as awesome as being able to move about the server without the error logs going insane. You've saved our home world and if I wasn't totally broke I'd be showering you with PayPal goodness.

Nope, it happened to my PVP map which was created after MCRegion was added, so it could happen to nether/skylands as well. This app solved it though, thanks for creating it as the error flood was driving people crazy with the insane lag.

When I followed your instructions using chunkster, I have gotten the following error: http://pastebin.com/6D8pt3Ua

Running Chunkster on a backup of the corrupt world first.

Edit: After multiple runs, and a few deleted r.X.X.mcr files later, the world is no longer spewing errors! Thank you for creating this tool, kind sir.

you have to put the chunkster.jar innto the main folder into your minecraft folder,
then go into cmd and type that command, it should fix it, if u read the entries that it puts into the CMD window
it will automatically generate a new chunk when the server is reloaded, MAKE SURE THE WORLD NAME IS CORRECT IN THE CMD ENTRY OTHERWISE IT WON'T WORK, if you world is called 'home' the code will be, java -jar Chunkster.jar home, or if its 'Home', it'll be java -jar Chunkster.jar Home

if you want me to i will, jst upload it an pt a link here and i can fix it 4 u
