Yep just go to his site and re make your bannar using your DNS it works now! :)

I just found an issue ^^ my DNS is "mindcalf.sytes.net" now it shows just fine on the default banner like when I make a new banner it shows up fine but if I customize the banner img it reverts back to the IP.

So I helped fix another issue ?, It does appear that you have a lack of testers for new features.

    I have a problem :(
I'm using Hamachi to avoid all the port foward s**t, but when I'm trying to create a banner for my server it's saying
that it has no response. I don't get it! I have done every step (Installed plugin, turn the server on, choose debug=true...) but it still doesen't work!
    Please help me!

Hamachi is a VPN which only users with the Hamachi client installed and running can see so it wont work. You need to use a proper network connection / server to use this plugin I'm afraid.

    Okay :(.
But can you please send me the backgrounds for the large banners?
They are so nice but can I get them because i would just write my server's information on the background in Photoshop and give it to my friends.
    Thanks!

To bad this don't work with other hosts since you only want to advertise your own.
Pretty ugly that your claiming urself as a powerful host, don't you guys think thats up to your customers to decide if its good or not? my first server was hosted at multiplay and honestly its crap and expensive and way to many shutdowns because ur doing ur own "maintenance" of the server which keeps the customers with a shutdown server and unhappy players.

    "our hosting is top quality"
Seriously? having employ's saying that we are an "awsome" server host is just pathetic.

"Forgot to mention above, you do realise we're the current host for these forums, so I think you can see from that our hosting is pretty good."

ahaha what? common! How much did they pay you for that?

I would respect you a lot more when you stop this self-proclaiming awesomeness.

This will work just fine with any server as long as its configured properly, so no idea where you got the idea it doesn't from?

We hardly ever shutdown minecraft servers to do "maintenance", only when its machine maintainence which everyone will accept is unavoidable; its up to the customer when they restart to pickup updates etc, so again no idea why you think otherwise.

Multiplay's hosting is done on top quality hardware, with a dedicated set of support technicians who work very hard to help customers and ensure the servers are the best they possibly can. Issues can arise, as this is still beta / alpha software, so if you have a specific issue you can contact support here, this is not the place.

Why on earth would Multiplay, or anyone for that matter, pay to just host the forums?

The bukkit team where struggling with their hosts at the time and we stepped in to provide a high-end quality solution in order to help the community. I'm sure everyone can see from the stability and performance of the forums since the switch, that we do indeed provide quality hosting.

I hope I've clarified your issues even though most where way off topic for the thread.

If you have a problem with the plugin, by all means let us know and we'll endeavour to help you fix your configuration.

Sorry that's not something I can do I'm afraid, I can only suggest you look to use a dedicated server which will avoid the need to use Hamachi.

When I attempt to use mc.px-e.net or 67.227.240.162 with port 1337, I get "No response from server (timeout)".
I don't see where the debug file is located to check it.
There are no error message in the console for this plugin.
What is the IP your server uses to check and create the banners so I can check my firewall?

Debugging goes to the server.log and the console, so if your not seeing anything, you have a firewall blocking port 1337 udp.

Set server-ip in server.properties or config.yml and fix any firewall issue you might have passing udp port 25565 through to the server.

minecraft is generally run under JRE 6 not 7, have you tried switching back to JRE 6 to see if that's causing the problem.

I didn't do anything, so the problem I think was from your server.

If your server doesn't respond, then it can appear as offline for a while, no issues detected here.
