   Curlip Here,
   
   I have found a need to set a WorldBorder, is it possible to set it using no plugins/dependencies.
   
   Why?
   
   I've decided to use a WorldBorder for a game I am making, seeing as it is now part of 1.8, I thought I would use it over a wall of blocks. After Googling I haven't found a solution.
