Development Assistance Armor Stand Place Event?

Is there anyting like the HangingPlaceEvent that gives information about the placement of armor stands? I need to get notified when an armor stand is placed and find out who placed it. There seems to be no easy way to do this.

Bukkit doesn't have a 1.8 version.

 

What about the interact event and check if item in hand is armorstand?

I thought about that but armor stands will not always be placed when the interact event is called, even if it was so, if there are multiple armor stands around you cannot find out (I think) wich one was the one that was placed.
