Simple Reward Plugin

I need a Plugin that will pay the player that gets a kill on another player $1
and for it to say
&bKilling &6"victim" &b Got you &a$1
I need it to be compatible with Essentials Eco
This would help me so much thanks!!!
P.S. I don't want the player who dies to loose any money
I have tried practically all Reward plugins NONE of them have worked the way I want them to the one bashydabest posted is broken as shit

Btw, making it custom makes no difference. It's configurable.

 

It's very bugging when you kill a player the player dose not die and also the Permissions do not work after trying serveral times correctly most of the reward plugins are to complex and have extra features that I don't need and that cannot be disabled. I can't imagine it's that hard to code a plugin that gives a player $1 for killing someone with a simple message attached to it.

I've tested it and it works. Just look around the config and edit as much as you like.

 

This Plugin takes money from the other play which I do not want could you stop posting Reward plugins i have tried them all and they dont work or they don't function how I need them too

I never said I didnt' want your help im just looking for a custom plugin and in the config for KillerMoney there is no spot for disabling negative balance for the victim and if there somewhere is I would appreciate it if you told me where. Im sorry if I offended you.

 

I've started the development of the plugin. Should be done within the next hour or two.
