hello people. I want to startup a economy server based on worldguard regions(I call them towns) and I need a plugin that bans Water Placement. But you can access it by donating so like a command to actually unban it for the user. I really like this because I would like s plugin that bans it, but you can return it for a certain user with a command. If a plugin already does this, Please provide a link. thanks!
World guard provides the water placement portion of your post. It also has command specific blocks that can be denied.
