Arkham Like KitPvP Plugin

    Hey, My names hammer567. I was wondering if anyone out there would be willing to make a plugin like ArkhamNetwork.

    So what would happen is someone would join the server and start with a sword. The economy I want is gems and you'll be able to get maybe 5 gems every kill,with gems they'll be able to buy upgrades in a sign shop (or inventory if possible) and save the inventory to continually grow throughout the rank.

    Also, this isn't a nesceccity if someone knew how to make a rankup plugin with the gems it would be amazing.

    Permissions: Permissions for which plugins people can rankup to.

    @hammer567 When do you get gems? Where do you buy upgrades? Your description is lacking crucial information.
