I would like a plugin to hide commands if you dont have the permissions (it also stops for auto-completing with tab) and if you dont have permission and the command /something does exist it will just do nothing or say unknown command,

    Thanks for reading ;)

  3. @JordyPwner Having dabbled in plugin development yourself I'd wondered if you had any other ideas on how this would be accomplished, but I guess not :p I'm going to have to say that this is limited in possibility - and there are already plugins that customise the help message as much as they can. I know essentials does it, but not sure about others.

Or just have a list in config to disable commands for certain groups that you can define? So a blacklist and a whitelist?

  5. @JordyPwner Eh, not the best solution really. It seems like it would be a bit... clunky and unreliable. Baring in mind that plugin structures vary, some have no permission at all, some have a single permission for a single command, and some depend on the arguments themselves. For instance, someone might not be able to use the command "/lozd door create door1" but they might be able to use "/lozd door info door1"...

Having said that, there are command black/whitelist plugins I'm sure, although might be different from what you originally wanted.

So its still possible but difficult?

  7. @JordyPwner What exactly would you like to know if it's possible?

if this can be made but if its to difficult i dont want it then :p dont want to waste someones free time to make this plugin if its difficult (hard)

  9. @JordyPwner Well, to make wouldn't necessarily be too difficult - for instance you could theoretically make it so that the user manually enters all the commands and permissions in a config file... But that would be a lot of work for the user and, in my opinion, a waste of effort. As such, not something I would consider making.
