Plugin Help Essentials Kits

So, I am having some issues I have never experienced with Essentials, involving it's kits.
Basically, here is my config to refer to (narrowed it down to the kit section):

Basically, these are the kits that show up on my server:

I reloaded essentials after I made changes as well... I reloaded my server and I restarted it with no luck.
Kit Alpha didn't work when I added enchants, but I removed them and it did. Now, removing them without enchants is not working
Essentials gives 0 errors when starting up and all plugins are in the green!
Fyi, I am keeping the old kits for reference.

1) Check Formating
2) Theres an option in essentials that says "Enable Unsafe Enchantments" Try that and see if it works. Make it "True"
3) Hopefully these work

I may just reset my whole config, redownload essentials, and check the problem again.
