I am trying to put a "roof" on an entire bukkit server and that is a lot of blocks. Since each bukkit server world by default is 30000000 x 30000000 blocks that would mean I am trying to place 60000000 (60 million) blocks with world edit. And I know if I do that the server will crash. Besides changing the world border is there any way to do this without it crashing? I dont know if it matters but I am hosting it on my own pc.
    Thanks!

Well, from personal experience, 21 million blocks locks and crashes my server for 2-5 minutes, and those chunks were loaded. You're talking about 900 million (Not 60, 30x30) including chunks you have not loaded. I'd suggest you try to use MCEdit to create a roof.

Assuming you don't actually need all of the space (what, 230.4 million cubic meters of space on your server?), I'd just try using WorldGuard permissons to deny entry or just somehow block off what you don't need. Why do you need that much anyways?

Ya it would be 30000000 blocks by 30000000 blocks. That is how big a server is. and that would mean 30000000 times 30000000 equals 900000000000000 blocks. Unless im completely doing math wrong which is possible. But i will try MCEdit. Thanks!
