Cannot place blocks or destroy blocks

Hello, my build of bukkit is 733. I run on a windows 7 ultimate 32 bit. i have java 7.
My friends can join the server but cannot place or remove blocks. i have tried Oping them. i also have altered the groupmanager a bit but still not working.Here are the plugins:

Any Ideas? Solutions?

 

I did some sleuthing on this matter myself, since I too was having issues.

I tried build 733, 736 and 717 running the dozen or so plugins, and they all produced the same results. So, I created a whole new local server (new world, no plugins, nothing), testing all those builds and still got the same results.

So, my next step was to check the client (since its modded).. So I backed up my original .minecraft client folder, and started with a freshly downloaded MC client, and ran the tests again.. Low and behold, the issue went away.

Possible botched update/download when Minecraft 1.5_xx came out or due to a dodgy client-side mod. Backup original .minecraft, and try downloading it again.

 

Same thing happened to me. All you have to do is delete aal of your mods and you will be good to go!
