ChestShop (iConomy) Not Working....

So, I have my permissions working now, I have the "All commands are locked due to a internal error" fixed...... But now I need to get ChestShop to work. I currently have the permissions set up for the "Starter" group in my server, and all the other groups inheriting the perms from starter, and then the other groups. When I make a shop, and have someone try to buy from it it just says nothing other than "This sign is protected" or whatever it says. They have enough money to buy the item, and they have the permissions, but they cant buy or sell from any shops.

What other plugins do you have?

 

ChestShop is not the plugin giving you the protected sign message, you have another, conflicting plugin running.

 

I had LWC, but then I deleted it, and now its just not saying anything at all.
