i sadly cant see what is wrong with my permissionEx and its the only thing i need to get fixed before my server can be launched and get public

What happens if you insert the node 'modifyworld.chat'?

Okay so pastebin.com is where you paste stuff so people can see the text without it being all messed up, Config or configuration files contents go there along with permissions. In the initial post please describe your problem instead of just pasting your permissions. Thirdly, welcome to the forums!

 

So i tried to Delete all the rankings and stuff i had made and i still couldnt talk. so i looked in the config files.

it might look at bit weird but im using a multicraft pannel so im not sure i can use pastebin
