You know, this is the sort of thing that pisses me off. Plugin requests is not a forum to post a new topic every 6 minutes. You don't just put stuff in the requests section and assume you'll get a good outcome. Besides, search BEFORE you post. There are multiple plugins that do exactly what you are saying.
Please take the time to actually search for plugins that match the criteria that you have mentioned. Paintball is one of them. Also, in the case that you actually have an idea that hasn't been implemented by a plugin, use the appropriate plugin request form, which can be found on a pinned thread in this forum.
