The best anti-xray plugin?

I know FoundDiamonds is an extremely awesome plugin that informs people of them finding diamonds or not, etc.

But what if the staff isn't on? What can we do then?
I was thinking Orebfuscator? I tried it, but it caused lag. But that was when my server only used 1GB of ram. I allocated up to 4GB now, so will it cause lag?
I could try it, but its my internet so i won't experience it. And i can ask members, but sometimes they don't lag and some do. Also, what if an error is to occur and mess up all their stuff.

Uhm foundidamonds, vanishnopacket for spying on xrayers.
Nocheat for nodus
Good staff for xray

 

Orebfuscator with caching on was clogging my ram, but I had 3 unused cores so I have disabled it. Now my server is protected against xrayers and it run stable.

 

So you're saying that i should run Orebfuscator? I have 3768MBs of ram allocated into my server. And only 30-35 plugins installed.

Intel Core (i3) CPU 3.20GHz; 5.00 GB RAM (4.68 Usable); 64-bit operating system.
Some people reported lag, and more people didn't report. I'm thinking its probably their connection or something; I also removed NoLagg due to the rumors of that it really doesnt work.

Could you help me with this error? Its not Orebfuscator related, but you seem to know what you're doing.

This error comes everytime someone registers/login/leaves the server.
And if i do a reload, and use "/say" (to broadcast) a longer error similar to this error would appear.
