How do i Make plots made with WE/WG Purchase-able for users in my server?

So, I'm asking for a way to make plots made with world edit and world guard Purchase-able, my server is a multi-worlds server, what is a good plugin for that and is good with iConomy (supported with and compatible)?

Do you want to sell it or make a build with plugins.

If you are talking about selling the plots which is made my world edit and world guard
